CINDY MAXWELL
Biography
Tattooing since 1999, Cindy began her tattoo career in Portland, Oregon and immediately began traveling and gaining experience. After owning a shop on the east coast for a few years, she returned to the west coast in 2009. Cindy is artistically inspired by Japanese mythology, art and is particularly fond of dragons. Cindy continues to travel and seek new experiences as she develops her expertise within the Japanese tattoo tradition.
